Visit from Yemen 2008
MECART Foundation has the honour to have been visited by Mr Ali Naji Abdullah Al-Humaidi, Director General of Culture and Cultural Institutions in Yemen, Ministry of Culture in Sanaa from the 1st – 21st of July. During his stay we visited a number of museums and institutions to enhance our mutual knowledge and to inspire further cooperation in the field of culture and art. Important aim is to explore the possibilities for an exchange programme on contemporary art in context. An exibition in The Netherlands will be made suitable for travelling to other countries in Europe and the US.
